10 Year Warranty: This product is warranted to the original purchaser or gift recipient, to be free from manufacturing defect, for a period of ten (10) years from the date of the original purchase. This warranty covers normal use and conditions and does not cover damage from abuse, misuse, neglect, or use for commercial purposes. All responsibility for consequential, incidental or commercial losses caused by this product is disclaimed. If warranty service is required during the warranty period, return the product prepaid, to Gold Tone Products 12399 SW 53rd Street Cooper City, FL 33330 with a letter stating the nature of the trouble and a check or money order for three dollars to cover the cost of return postage and handling. The product will either be repaired or replaced. In the event of product replacement, the then current model will be provided. The warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.  |
